Project Manager

We believe compelling project leadership is integral to impactful architecture. BRIC Architecture is seeking experienced, community-minded Project Managers to lead collaborative design processes on both large projects and multiple small projects.

Project managers will be responsible for developing and maintaining all aspects of a project, supervising and managing internal and external project team members, quality assurance and control of technical documents, primary communication with client, and internal mentoring of staff.

Qualified candidates should be able to work independently, demonstrate a good understanding of project management methods, and be committed to diversity, equity and inclusion. Candidates shall also exhibit well-developed leadership, communication skills and decision-making capabilities with a focus on client management and project team collaboration.

Additionally, applicants should possess a degree in Architecture, or equivalent experience, and should be fluent in Microsoft Office Apps, REVIT, Bluebeam, Newforma and virtual collaboration tools (Miro, Zoom and Microsoft Teams) as appropriate. Professional architectural license in Oregon and/or Washington is desired.
